Above is a photo of Fred Ebe, a fisherman, who is one of the victims of
the violence that broke out at the APC rally in Okrika, Rivers state on
Tuesday Feb. 17th. Fred and three policemen are currently receiving
treatment for gunshot wounds at the Orthopedic Ward of the Braithwaite
