INEC ready for next week's general elections - Jega

Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Prof Attahiru Jega says the electoral body is ready to conduct the general elections which starts next week Saturday March 28th. At a meeting with some Civil Society bodies in Abuja today, Prof Jega said the time provided by the postponement has helped the commission articulate its plan for the conduct of a successful election

First Lady Patience Jonathan says she'll not join issues with the opposition party in Rivers state who she described as rascals. Mrs Jonathan said they have been abusing her and her husband over the attack at APC rally in Okrika on Feb 17th and she doesn't plan to answer them. This happened reportedly happened in Assam, India. The guy who posted it on twitter didn't give much details, only said "Ugandan women are tortured, raped, humiliated and killed without help in Middle East Countries". Barbaric!

When your replacement is close to you featuring Miley Cyrus..lol

A few days ago, photos of Miley Cyrus' boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger huggin on and flirting with a girl in Mexico hit the net (right). Patrick later claimed the girl was his best friend's girlfriend, a claim no one believed. Anyway, fast forward to today and it looks like Miley knows the girl. Her name is Natalie and that's her pictured standing behind Miley. The girls hung out at theUSC football game in November last year and that was where she met Patrick.
